Board of Astral Poly Technik approves acquisition of Resinova Chemie

At board meeting held on 21 November 2014

Astral Poly Technik announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 November 2014, has approved the proposal for acquisition of 76% equity shares of Resinova Chemie (Resinova) for a consideration of Rs. 212.80 crore.
