VMV Holidays will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 January 2016, to execute Listing Agreement with the BSE SME Stock Exchange as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, & to consider and approve the quarterly compliance report on Corporate Governance.
