Voltas auctions land parcel in Thane

Highest bid received of Rs 236 crore

Voltas announced that the Company has carried out the e-auction process for sale of a land parcel at Pokhran Road 2, Thane, admeasuring around 7 acres with the assistance of an International Property Consultant (IPC) in a transparent manner with participation of some well known Developers. Tapir Construction was declared as the highest bidder of the e-auction on the basis of their final bid of Rs 236 crore, after several rounds of bidding. The transaction is subject to certain terms and conditions and statutory approvals.
