Waterbase announced that the Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company Suguna Krishnamurthy has resigned from the services of the Company.She has been relieved of her responsibilities effective close of business hours on 31 October 2014, as approved by the board of directors at its meeting dated 10 November 2014.
The Company is in the process of appointing a Company Secretary in her place.
