Welspun Enterprises gets Bombay High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation & arrangement

Awaits approval of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad

Welspun Enterprises announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay, on 10 April 2015, approved the Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Welspun Enterprises, Welspun Infratech, Welspun Plastics, Welspun Infra Projects and Welspun Projects and their respective Shareholders and Creditors. The said scheme is subject to approval of High Court of Gujarat at Ahmadabad.
