Welspun Syntex appoints directors

With effect from 31 July 2015

Welspun Syntex announced that :

1. Abhishek Mandawewala has been appointed as an additional director w.e.f. 31 July 2015 and also as a whole-time director w.e.f. 01 August 2015.

2. K. H. Viswanathan has been appointed as an additional independent director with effect from 31 July 2015.
