WEP Solutions executes share purchase agreement

To acquire 100% equity of eRM Solutions

WEP Solutions announced that the company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquiring 100% of equity shares of eRM Solutions (eRM), a company focused on Document Management Solutions and having developed proprietary software in this domain. WeP Solutions will be acquiring the equity at a consideration of Rs.81 lakhs at par and will take over the management of eRM upon completion of the transaction. eRM will function as a subsidiary of WEP Solutions.
