Wipro appoints company secretary and compliance officer

At board meeting held on 03 June 2015

Wipro announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 June 2015, has approved the appointment M. Sanaulla Khan as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 03 June 2015.

M. Sanaulla Khan shall also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company as required under Clause 47(a) and Clause 47(f) of the Listing Agreement.
