Wipro standalone net profit declines 23.72% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 1.91% to Rs 11434.00 crore

Net profit of Wipro declined 23.72% to Rs 1757.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 2303.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 1.91% to Rs 11434.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 11220.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.38% to Rs 7722.80 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 8161.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales declined 2.04% to Rs 44710.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 45639.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
