Zicom Electronic Security Systems allots equity shares

On preferential basis

Zicom Electronic Security Systems announced that the Preferential Issue Committee Meeting held on 18 February 2015 has approved the allotment of 26,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company, on preferential / private placement basis, for cash, at a price of Rs 160 per share (including a premium of Rs 150 per share).
