NIIT Technologies announces resignation of company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 17 February 2015

NIIT Technologies announced that Onkarnath Banerjee, has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 17 February 2015.

In the meantime, Monika Arora, Group Manager - Secretarial, will assume the role of Interim Compliance Officer of the Company, till further intimation.
