Arunachal Governor, Army chief discuss recruitment of youths

Arunachal Pradesh Governor B.D. Mishra on Friday met Army chief General Bipin Rawat and discussed the recruitment of more youths from the frontier state in the armed forces.

Mishra told the Army chief about the 'Pay Back to Society Group' promoted by him that aims to ensure that a larger number of youths from Arunachal Pradesh join the military.

Gen Rawat expressed the hope that the state's youths will utilise the opportunities for Army recruitment and more and more youths will be motivated to join the armed forces.
