Bihar to use drones to check quality of road construction

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday ordered the use of drones to check the quality of road construction in the state.

"Nitish Kumar has ordered officials to use drones to to check quality of road construction. This was decided at a high level review meeting of the rural development department," an official of the Chief Minister's Office said.

Nitish Kumar has asked officials to ensure good quality of road construction, the official said.

In Bihar, complaints of poor quality road construction are frequent and people have been staging protests over it.
