Birender Singh to undergo prostate surgery at AIIMS
Union Minister for Steel Chaudhary Birender Singh was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here on Friday for a prostate gland problem and may undergo surgery next week.
"He was admitted today (Friday) morning. As of now, his tests are being conducted," an AIIMS doctor told IANS.
A team under Dr P.N Dogra has been constituted for Singh's treatment.
The 71-year-old leader from Haryana has been visiting AIIMS for three months for the treatment of his medical problem.
