Collected works of Mahatma Gandhi treasure of the world: Jaitley

Information and Broadcasting Minister Arun Jaitley said on Tuesday that the collected works of Mahatma Gandhi are a treasure that India offers to the world.

"The historic speeches of Mahatma Gandhi have been immortalised through the digital version. The collected works of Mahatma Gandhi are a treasure that India offers to the world," Jaitley said while launching the e-version of the 100 volumes of the Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi.

He also congratulated scholars involved in the compilation of the collected works, saying, "Society will be immensely benefited with the new e-version."
