It drizzled in the national capital on Sunday, bringing down the mercury.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius. There is a possibility of light rain in some areas later in the day, the Met Office here said.
"Sky will be generally cloudy. Light rain and thundershowers may occur later in the day," an official of the India Meteorological (IMD) department said.
The maximum temperature would hover around 34 degrees Celsius, he added.
According to weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 92 percent.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded at 33.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 26.3 degrees, average for this time of the season.
