At least four people were killed in Bangladesh when a train tore into a mini-bus at an unmanned level crossing Tuesday, police said.

The accident took place in the southeastern seaport city of Chittagong, in which over a dozen people were also injured, Xinhua reported citing a police official.

The official said the mini-bus was carrying mostly garment workers going to their work stations in the morning.

The train, bound for capital Dhaka, rammed into the mini-bus which was crossing the unmanned level crossing.
