Golfer Stenson pulls out of BMW Masters

Golfer Henrik Stenson Tuesday withdrew from BMW Masters, after the birth of his third child.

The $7 million event, which begins at Lake Malaren here Thursday, already saw the pullout of World No.1 Rory McIlroy last week, reports Xinhua.

Stenson is now expected here for next week's World Golf Championships HSBC Champions tournament at Sheshan Golf Club.
