Hindustan Power chairman wins CMO Asia CEO of the Year award

Ratul Puri, chairman of Hindustan Power, has been awarded the CEO of the Year award by Singapore-based CMO Asia, at their 5th CMO Asia Awards, the company said Thursday.

A select jury comprising of industry leaders globally gave the award in recognition of "Hindustan Powerprojects establishing an asset base of over Rs.16,000 crore on the ground within a short period of 6 years," Hindustan Power said in a statement here.

CMO Asia consists of about 40 countries around the world, including India, China, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, and awards organisations for achievements in fields such as brand and quality excellence.
