Two and three wheeler maker TVS Motor Company closed January selling 207,059 units, the company said on Thursday.
In a statement the company posted the sales figure for January which was down from 208,485 units sold in the same month in 2016.
The company's sales was mainly dragged down by its motorcycles. TVS Motor sold 60,275 motorcycles in January as against 83,374 units sold in January 2016.
TVS Motor logged 12 per cent sales growth in scooters at 70,049 units as against 62,552 units sold in January 2016.
The three-wheeler of the company registered sales of 4,850 units in January 2017 as against 7,252 units in January 2016.
