Modi chairs meeting of council of ministers

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Monday chaired a meeting of the union council of ministers after presiding over a cabinet meeting.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said the prime minister also chaired a meeting of the council of ministers after the cabinet meeting.

He said Modi has decided to regularly meet the entire council of ministers, which includes the ministers of state.
