The third session of the Morocco-India political consultations kicked off in the capital city of Rabat with the aim of giving new impetus to bilateral cooperation.

In a statement issued Wednesday, Secretary General of Morocco's foreign ministry, Nasser Bourita, lauded the results of bilateral relations with India, adding that this session would be an opportunity to examine further means to enhance the Moroccan-Indian partnership, MAP news agency reported.

On the Sahara issue, Bourita thanked India for its support for Morocco's territorial integrity, underlining that the latest developments concerning this issue and matters related to peace and security regionally and internationally will be also discussed during the meeting.
