NATO refuses to participate in Syria attack

NATO chief Anders Fogh Rasmussen said Friday that NATO would not take part in a possible attack on Syria amid allegations of chemical weapons' usage on civilians, Xinhua reported.
On Thursday, the British parliament refused to authorise its government to take part in a potential military action against Syria, while Germany also signalled that it would not be a part of such a military intervention.
