Not afraid of anyone, says Congress

As the BJP named Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as its campaign chief for the Lok Sabha polls, the Congress Sunday retorted that it was not afraid of anyone.

"We are not afraid of anybody. We will be victorious in the 2014 elections," Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajeev Shukla told reporters.

The announcement of Modi's appointment was made by Bharatiya Janata Party president Rajnath Singh in Goa.
