Parrikar dozes off during Modi's speech in RS

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Wednesday was spotted dozing off in the Rajya Sabha during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's reply to the debate on the MOtion of Thanks to the President's Address.

Parrikar was earlier found sleeping during the Republic Day Parade on Rajpath in the capital.

During his reply to then motion of thanks, Modi said former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh knew the "art of bathing wearing a rain coat", creating a huge uproar in the Congress benches in the Rajya Sabha. The Congress members walked out in protest.
