Seven killed in Cairo bus crash

Cairo, Oct 21 (IANS/AKI) Seven people were killed and six others were injured on Friday when a public bus collided with a microbus in Nasr City in Egypt, state-run daily Al-Ahram Arabic reported on its website.

Two of the injured were in critical condition, Al-Ahram cited a health ministry source as saying.

Road accidents in Egypt claim over 13,000 lives every year, according to official figures.
