Seven killed in Jharkhand road accident

Seven persons were killed and two were injured while on their way to a marriage function in a road accident in Jharkhand's Palamau district on Wednesday, police said.

According to Lesliganj police, nine persons were travelling in a Scorpio when the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a roadside tree near Harsain, around 145 Km from Ranchi.

The two injured members have been referred to Ranchi for treatment.
