Shots fired at Munich shopping centre

Police on Friday evening carried out a major operation at a Munich shopping centre after gunshots were fired.

"Please avoid the area around the mall," Xinhua news agency quoted the police as saying.

According to witnesses who wrote on social websites, shots were fired at the centre and people were seen fallen on the ground.
