Six people were killed on Wednesday in 15 suspected parcel bombs in China, media reported.

Dozens of people were injured in the blasts in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Xinhua news agency reported.

Five people died at the scene, while one died in hospital.

The blasts occurred at the seat of Liucheng county.

Pictures online showed a half-collapsed building in Dapu township. Witnesses also saw vehicles were damaged on the road.

Initial investigation showed that explosives could have been inside express delivery packages.
