South Korean President welcomes N. Korean delegation

South Korean Moon Jae-in on Friday greeted North Korea's ceremonial Kim Yong-nam, the highest-ranking North Korean official to visit South along with leader Kim Jong-un's sister at the opening of in PyeongChang.
