Tulisa Contostavlos turns novel writer

Singer Tulisa Contostavlos is geared up to release her debut novel.

The 24-year-old singer's novel, to be published by Headline Publishing Group, will be based on life of a young girl, reports thesun.co.uk.

"It is the story of a young woman destined for stardom, who never gave up. No matter what. Tulisa's debut novel is impossible to put down. And impossible to forget," read a statement from Contostavlos' representative in the publishing house.

The singer was recently spotted celebrating her birthday in Ibiza.
