Warm weekend, Monday to be cloudy

It was a warm weekend in the capital with the maximum temperature registering 39.1 degrees Celsius -- the season's average. The met department has forecast a cloudy Monday.

The minimum temperature settled at 24.4 degrees Celsius -- one notch below average.

Monday will be cloudy, said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum and minimum temperatures Monday are likely to hover between about 40 and 24 degrees Celsius, respectively.
