Will act against soldiers insulting militants' bodies: Army

Suitable action would be take against soldiers seen disrespecting bodies of militants, the army said on Friday.

The army's response follows a video, showing soldiers disrespecting the bodies of slain LeT commander Abu Ismail and another foreign militant killed in gunfight with the security forces on Thursday, going viral.

"We have taken cognizance of the video and suitable action will follow," said Defence Ministry spokesman, Col. Rajesh Kalia.
