Comfort factor

Consumer electronics users around the world may be riveted by Steve Jobs' innovations but some Indian bureaucrats are less enamoured of them. The Department of Economic Affairs in the finance ministry has given officials of the rank of joint secretary and above iPads, the idea being to help them stay connected while they are on the move. But some officials said they still found it more comfortable to use their own laptops and other versions of notepads.
