Letters: The urge to express

The column "The happiest day of my life..." (Worm's Eye View, February 1) made an interesting read. The urge to express oneself, though slow to evolve, must happen one day, more so for managers. The faculty's role in furthering this evolution is critical to a team's learning process. Naturally, this would be a happy moment, and no wonder the author will never hop jobs again.
