He was responding to Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's comment on linking the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to Mahatma Gandhi's murder.
"RSS does not need a certificate from anybody," said Naidu.
"The criticism of Congress is like a stuck gramophone record player," he added.
"They tried and failed allegations," said the minister, adding that this would not add any value for Congress in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.
"Instead of making such allegations, they should focus on understanding why Congress fell from 440 seats in the Lok Sabha to 44," he said.
