12,000 electronic detonators seized
A man was today arrested after 12,000 electronic detonators and 129 kg of explosives were recovered from his car on the Grand Trunk Road in the Maoist-hit district.
The seizure was made during a special search in view of the ensuing Lok Sabha elections, Superintendent of Police Ratna Mani Sanjeev said.
The arrested person is being interrogated.
