Thirteen people have died in Sudan when two buses collided on a highway south of the capital Khartoum, police said.
The crash that left another 28 people injured occurred on a highway connecting Khartoum and the state of Jazeera late yesterday.
The collision came as people continued to mark Eid al-Fitr festival after the ending of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
