16-year-old girl raped in Moga

A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 30-year-old man at a village here, police said today.

Lab Singh, a resident of Dena village of this district, allegedly raped the minor Dalit girl yesterday when she was alone at her house and fled after committing the crime, they said.

A case has been registered in connection with the incident and efforts are on to nab the accused, police added.
