165 DSPs shifted in Punjab

Effecting a major reshuffle in the police department, the Punjab government today transferred 165 officials in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSPs).

While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the majority of the names included in the list are that of the newly promoted officers.

The orders have been issued with immediate effect, the spokesman added.
