Two motorcyclists were today crushed to death by a roadways bus near Ghatgate here, police said.
The deceased were identified as Hansraj (35) and Sunny S Kumar (18).
Hansran and Kumar, who work as driver and conductor of a mini bus respectively, took their week-off and were returning home on a motorcycle around 2.30 PM when the accident took place, police said.
Soon after the accident, the bus driver fled the spot leaving the passengers stranded. The bus has been seized, a police officer said.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, he added.
