2 car hijackers held

hijackes were arrested while two others fled as a police team raided a car near Shaktigarh in Burdwan district this evening.

POlice said the duo were apprehended and their firearm seized after the cops intercepted the vehicle which was later given back to the owner.

The car driver was forcefully thrown out of the vehicle by the four-member gang earlier and the vehicle sped away.

A manhunt has been launched for two others.
