2 killed in bus-car collision

Two persons were killed and five others injured in bus-car collision in a village in Nautanwa area here, police said today.

The incident occurred last night when the bus in which the victims were travelling lost control and hit a SUV in Murila village, they said.

Bus driver Pramod Yadav (28) and conductor Kausal Kishore Singh (36) died on the spot, police said.

The injured were admitted to a hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable, they said.
