Three persons were today killed when a tipper they were travelling in skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The tipper, which was on its way to Paddar from Kishtwar, skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge at Naigad Nallah in the district this afternoon, police said.
All the three persons, including the driver, were killed on the spot, they said.
The bodies have been recovered and sent for post mortem, police said, adding they are yet to be identified.
A case has been registered and investigation was underway, police said.
