Four inmates of a juvenile detention centre in Surajkund allegedly escaped during a clash that broke out between two groups there, police said today.
The clash broke out between two groups of juveniles yesterday morning. Taking advantage of the situation, four juveniles escaped from the centre, police said.
A complaint has been registered against the escapees by the superintendent of the centre, they said.
Besides, a complaint has also been registered against 37 juveniles for clashing and attempting to escape from the centre.
Raids are being conducted at possible hideouts of the juveniles who escaped, police said.
Around six inmates were injured in the clash.
