Five teenagers, who were abducted for not repaying money one of them had loaned from one of their kidnapper, were today rescued from a flat in Shahibabad area of Ghaziabad, police said today.
Three youths - Avatar Kumar, Arun Kumar and Sameer, all residents of Ghaziabad, were arrested in this connection, they said.
According to police, Avtar hatched a plan to kidnap the five teenagers as one of them could not repay Rs 5,000 loaned from him.

Police said the accused abducted the teenagers in an SUV when they were returning to their homes after playing cricket at Lohia Park yesterday.
"We received information that all the abducted teenagers were kept in a flat in Shahibabad area. Acting on a tip-off, police laid a trap, rescued all the victims and arrested the accused last night," said a police officer.
