Six persons were killed and around 18 others injured when a mini truck carrying passengers collided head on with a trailer in East Singhbhum district today, police said.
The accident occurred near Bela village under Baharagora police station.
Superintendent of Police (Rural) Prabhat Kumar told PTI that six passengers died on the spot and all the injured were first taken to Baharagora Hospital.
Doctors there referred them to a Jamshedpur hospital, he said.
