6 killed in Pakistan clashes

At least six people have been killed and eight others injured in the restive Khyber Agency in northwest Pakistan after clashes between two rival groups over a land dispute, officials said today.

The incident took place in Landi Kotal area in Khyber Agency, they said.

Three people had died on October 18, when the two groups started indiscriminate firing at each others after exchange of harsh words over a land dispute, officials said, adding three critically injured people died today.

The administration launched a probe into the matter.
