6 persons arrested for manufacturing fake tobacco products

Six members of a gang involved in manufacturing duplicate chewing tobacco of famous brands have been arrested by Special Task Force of Uttar Pradesh Police.

Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, Guddu Singh Yadav, Balram Gupta alias Suraj, Dhavj Jain, Jitendra Singh and Kamal Chand Katiyaar were apprehended from Madiyaon area, they said.

Huge quantity of duplicate tobacco, pouches of famous brands and manufacturing equipments was recovered from their possession, police added.
