7-yr-old boy shot dead in UP

A seven-year-old boy was today shot dead by two unidentified persons in Nakura village in Kalan area of Shahjahanpur district, police said.

The incident took place this morning at around 9.30 AM when Anmol was on his way to school and two unidentified men opened fire, killing him on the spot, they said.

The body has been sent for post mortem.

According to police, no arrest has been made so far in this connection and the matter is being probed.
